Avaya one-x portal is a web browser-based client for Avaya telephony, messaging, conferencing, presence and mobility services provided bu Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Modular Messaging and Avaya Meeting Exchange. The Avaya one-x portal is a single, intuitive and powerful tool bringing together the full power of unified communications to a single PC.

With the Avaya one-x portal you don’t need to install any software onto your end user systems for most communication functions. Firewall and VPN friendly it provides flexible IP port assignments to conform to your network demands. Certain optional functions use software which can be downloaded in real time if you need them, or be installed directly as desired.

Avaya one-x portal - Messaging

  • Telephony - You will have access to many Avaya Communication Manager Telephony features for call handling and management including call conferencing and call transfer. This allows you to mange multiple calls at any one time.
  • Voice mail - From the Avaya one-x portal you can access any voicemail as well as view, sort, play and record messages from Avaya Modular Messagig. You do not need to manage your voicemail in sequential order. View faxes on-line without using up a seperate telephone line or voicemail port.
