Support:

Tec-Tel Communications offers 3 levels of support.  Standard, Priority, and Emergency.

Standard Support:  Is described as basic moves, adds, or changes.  This support is handled between 2-5 days depending on technician availability.  Call (855-577-0400)  or fill out our Support form and one of our Customer Representatives will contact you to schedule a technician.

Priority Support: Any issues the customer deems high priority for their business.  This support is handled within 1 business day.  A $25 service fee is implemented for this type of support.

Emergency Support: Any issues that our customers deems critical for their business.  This support is handled as same day service.  A $199 service fee is implemented for this type of support.
