- Do we have to replace our existing cameras?
- Almost never. We're camera-agnostic, and older systems usually work fine with our AI analytics layer. Some cloud-only platforms force a rip and replace. We don't.
- Can you handle multi-site rollouts across the country?
- It's most of what we do. We've rolled out programs from a handful of sites to large multi-site operations, with one project manager, consistent install standards, and unified central monitoring. Offices in Morganville NJ, Brooklyn NY, and Chicago IL, and Tec-Tel field teams cover the country under one project manager.
- What hardware and software platforms do you work with?
- We're vendor-agnostic. We install and integrate cameras, access control, and video management systems from the major manufacturers, plus most legacy DVR/NVR platforms. Our AI software layer covers threat detection, license-plate recognition, facial recognition, and intelligent video search. We deploy cloud, on-prem, or hybrid, whatever fits your IT policy.
- Can grants pay for our security upgrade?
- Often, yes. Houses of worship, schools, and nonprofits routinely fund their entire upgrade with NSGP, NPSE, and SVPP. We design around the grant scope and help with the application.
- Do you service systems you didn't install?
- Yes. A significant share of our service work is take-overs from previous integrators. If your prior installer disappeared or your existing system needs an AI layer, we can pick it up.
