Design and install

Our project teams design and ship the install. Camera placement, cabling, network, access control, AI layer, monitoring. One spec across every site, one Tec-Tel PM accountable end to end.

Service and support

After cutover, one number to call when a camera goes dark or a door reader fails. One service contract across every site you operate. One escalation path.

Founded in New Jersey, Tec-Tel is still owned and run by its founders more than 15 years later. No private-equity flip, no acquisition rollup, no rotating ownership team. The person who answers the phone in year three of your service contract works for the same company that signed your install in year one.

Usually yes. Our AI analytics layer works with most ONVIF-compliant cameras, including 5- to 7-year-old systems. The free consultation tells you what we can light up on what you own and what, if anything, needs replacing.

We don't publish flat pricing because every site is different. Most projects fall between $30,000 and $300,000+ depending on site count, camera count, AI scope, and whether you need cabling. The free consultation gets you the gap, the scope, and a rough cost band.
