By accessing and using Tec-Tel's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tec-Tel provides:

• AI-driven video security and surveillance systems
• Access control and security infrastructure
• Video management and analytics software
• Structured cabling and telecommunications services
• Installation, maintenance, and support services

Permission is granted to temporarily use Tec-Tel's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

Payment terms for services:

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
• Refunds are subject to individual service agreement terms

In no event shall Tec-Tel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Tec-Tel or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tec-Tel operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
