Solutions hub · 26 outcome bundles
Security solutions, packaged for the outcome you need.
Tec-Tel security solutions are outcome bundles, not equipment lists. Total Protection covers security as a managed service. Vision Intelligence reads your camera feeds for what matters: plain-language footage search, weapons and intrusion detection, after-hours activity, PPE gaps. Remote Monitoring is 24/7 trained agents on a UL-listed central station. Same products underneath, packaged for the operational result you need. Tec-Tel is the nationwide integrator that deploys and tunes modern computer-vision models on the cameras and access you already own. Multi-vendor, NDAA-compliant. Book a free consultation.
§01 Solutions vs products
The same gear, packaged for the outcome you need.
A camera is a product. Twenty-four-seven verified incident response is a solution. The cameras, access readers, AI analytics layer, and network gear all live under /products. This page is the other half: the operational outcomes those products produce once you bundle them with monitoring, service, and integration.
The intelligence layer is camera-agnostic. We install it on the cameras a site already runs, so a bundle is never a rip-and-replace order. We pick, install, and tune the right AI for each job from partners like Tenyks, Dragonfruit, Spot.ai, Coram, and Intenseye, not one black box. Every bundle below runs on the same multi-vendor stack we deploy across every product line. What changes is the contract, who's watching the screens, and the SLA you sign.
§02 The bundles
Pick the one that matches what you're trying to fix.
Each bundle is an outcome, not a SKU list.

Custom computer vision that surfaces a fall to staff in seconds, on the common-area cameras you already own. Privacy-bounded to hallways and shared spaces, never inside resident rooms.
Best for: Senior living and skilled nursing operators closing the gap between a fall and the response.
Read on Custom computer visionWeapons Detection
Visible-weapon detection at school and building entrances, on the cameras you already own, with a trained human verifying every alert before it reaches staff or dispatch. Honest about what it catches and what it does not.
Best for: Schools and public buildings that want grant-fundable detection without a false-alarm machine.
Read on Central stationRemote Security Agents and Monitoring
24/7 video review by trained agents through UL Listed monitoring centers. Alarm verification, dispatch coordination, and AI-augmented filtering to cut false dispatches.
Best for: Sites that need verified human response after hours and on weekends.
Read on InvestigationAI Search and Productivity Monitoring
Find a person, vehicle, or behavior across hours of footage in seconds. Productivity workflows that respect state-by-state monitoring law.
Best for: Loss prevention, audit, training, and HR-supported safety teams.
Read on Real-timeLive Monitoring
Operator-driven live video and intervention. Two-way audio, virtual guard tours, real-time deterrence on active incidents.

Best for: Access-controlled facilities and visitor-heavy sites with documented compliance.
Read on Identity and accessBiometric and Mobile-Credential Access
Identity at the door: mobile credentials as the default, biometric readers only on the doors that earn them and where state law allows. Multi-site, HR-integrated, BIPA-aware.
Best for: Multi-site operators standardizing access across the portfolio.
Read on DetectionThreat Detection and Alerts
Weapon detection, fight detection, and behavior alerts that route to your team and to monitoring agents on a documented runbook.
Best for: Schools, hospitals, hospitality, and any site with public-facing entry points.

Four layers - perimeter, entry, interior, critical assets - wired as one system behind a single pane of glass. Multi-vendor, NDAA-compliant.
Best for: Operators who want the whole building covered by one integrator.
Read on ManufacturingManufacturing Security
Perimeter, access control, video surveillance, and 24/7 alarm monitoring, tied to your OT so the systems share events instead of running four alert streams.
Best for: Plants, docks, and multi-site manufacturing fleets.
Read on Active threat responseViolence Prevention
Aggression detection, weapon recognition, badge-controlled perimeter, and lockdown automation, gated by two-source confirmation so false positives don't burn the system.
Best for: Workplaces, healthcare, and public-facing sites.

One-button lockdown that ties doors, cameras, and mass notification into one tested workflow. Drill mode included, on the platforms you already own.
Best for: Schools, houses of worship, healthcare, and municipal buildings.
Read on Safety and complianceWorkplace Safety
PPE compliance, hazard-zone monitoring, slip-trip-fall detection, and evidence-grade incident video, all on the camera fleet you already own.
Best for: Operators trying to lower OSHA recordables, not just document them.

What buyers ask when comparing bundles.
- What's the difference between solutions and products?
- Products are the underlying gear (cameras, access control, VMS, structured cabling, AI software). Solutions are outcome bundles that package those products around a specific operational result. Same hardware underneath, different framing for the result you need.
- Is Total Protection a long-term contract?
- Total Protection is a managed service with month-to-month or annual terms, not a multi-year lock-in. The consultation walks you through the cost structure on the first call.
- Does Vision Intelligence work on my existing cameras?
- Almost always. Vision Intelligence is a camera-agnostic AI overlay. It runs on the cameras you already own, including older equipment, as long as resolution and framerate clear a basic threshold. We deploy the analytics layer on your existing fleet and pick the platform by use case. On the consultation call we'll flag which cameras, if any, need replacing before analytics will hold up.
- What does Remote Monitoring actually include?
- 24/7 trained agents on a UL-Listed central station partner, two-way audio intervention, escalation routing based on alert type and zone, and full incident documentation. The agent is the staff for unmanned sites.
- Are the solutions multi-vendor or single-platform?
- Multi-vendor by default. We install and integrate across the major VMS, access, and AI platforms, and design each solution to the gear that fits the site, your IT policy, and your budget. No vendor lock-in. The full platform breakdown lives in the vendor comparison matrix.
