Design, install, monitor, service. One accountable team.
Tec-Tel handles every layer of a security install under one contract. Design through service, with one number to call when the customer needs us. The New Jersey HQ runs national accounts directly, so a coast-to-coast rollout stays on one install standard and one point of contact no matter how many sites it spans.
Design
Tec-Tel engineers spec cameras, access points, network paths, and AI rules from the floor plan up. We don't hand-off design to a vendor rep.
Install
Tec-Tel field teams work out of offices in New Jersey, New York, and Illinois and across the country, all supervised under one Tec-Tel project manager per program. A multi-state rollout lands on a single install standard, run by one team you can call.
Service
Field service techs cover the NJ, NY, and Chicago metros same-day. Multi-day scheduled response everywhere else, with one ticketing system across every site.
Monitor
Central-station monitoring plus Tec-Tel agents handle alarm verification, video alerting, and incident triage on a 24/7 basis.
